At time of inspection, I observed the following maintenance issues: The ceiling in the infant room is missing a panel exposing the vent system and electrical wires. One grated ceiling panel is rusted. The door that connects the toddler and Pr-K classrooms does not open smoothly as the bottom part of door scrapes the floor. The air conditioning vents located in the infant room and main hallway need filters changed.
