In one classroom, inspector observed three cans of electronic cleaner (dust and lint remover) stored in a cabinet that was accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at the time of inspection when caregiver removed and placed the items out of reach of children.

Based on the information gathered, two children were able to gain access outside the daycare gate and walk .4 miles to a nearby neighborhood. The children were missing for approximately ten minutes, until found safe by a daycare parent.
