Two of the four files reviewed were missing required training topics. Two were missing administering medications and handling, storing and disposing of hazardous materials. One of the two files was also missing preventing and responnding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction and understanding building and physical premises safety.

In four classrooms, inspector observed adult-size scissors, large and small thumb tacks, shipping tape dispensers, and one bottle of liquid air freshener in cabinet drawers that were accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection when all items were removed from drawer and placed out of reach of children by the caregiver(s).

Four out of Five staff records were read and were missing annual training in this section. One out of five staff was missing 5 out of 30 hours of annual training for the 2019-2020 year. Staff member is missing training on food allergies, medication, and hazardous materials. One out of five staff was missing training on emergency preparedness, preventing the spread of communicable diseases, administering medication, food allergies, building and premises safety, and hazardous materials. One out of five staff was missing training on food allergies, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness. One out of five staff was missing training on food allergies and hazardous materials.
