Both staff were sitting down and not actively walking around monitoring children. Both staff also left the classroom with children unattended.
Caregivers allowed children to be throwing items across the room. Children were free to do whatever they wanted and were running all in the room.
A caregiver was seen dragging a child by his feet.
Caregiver failed to count children in her care as they transitioned back to the classroom from outside play. Caregiver did not secure the playground gate after children entered the playground area; the gate leads to a pathway/sidewalk which leads to a roadway with heavy traffic.
A child was left unsupervised outside on the playground area while the group transitioned back to the classroom. The child was alone for approximately two minutes.
In one classroom, there was a bottle labeled White Rain Kids shampoo & conditioner and a spray bottle of hair detangler sitting on table which was accessible to children in care. There was also a bottle of antibacterial soap in a cabinet under the sink that was accessible to children. In another classroom, two pair of adult size scissors were in a canister atop a desk that were accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection.
