During the inspection it was observed that the operation, both inside and outside, were not being thoroughly cleaned regularly. The floors of the operation had crumbs, and dirt, visible. The changing pad and hand washing sink both had visible dirt specs, and the outdoor area needed to be cleaned and rinsed down to help prevent the dust/ pollen build up .

During the walkthrough of the home, it was found that cleaning supplies in the bathroom, gardening tools outside, trash, and pet food were made accessible to children in care. Additionally, the children's space to the bathroom was cluttered making trash, craft supplies, and cleaning supplies accessible to the children. Outside, the window attached to the garage used as the second exit from the outdoor play area was made inaccessible on the inside of the garage due to clutter of household items piled under the window creating an unclear pathway for exiting in case of an emergency.
