Upon arrival to the operation I observed one caregiver supervising 12 children with the youngest children ages 13 months, and two 16 months children. The oldest child age is 11. The children were observed in the group ratio in the morning at 8 am.

Operation staff reported the child was not feeling well and slept for majority of the day. Staff did not notify parent or share with the parent in writing or electronically that the child was not feeling well or slept all day. There is no documentation on the printed Kindercare App indicating the parent had been notified.
Nap equipment was observed in front of an exit door in an infant/toddler class during naptime. *This was corrected during inspection when the cots were relocated.
Feeding instructions were not updated and on file for four infants. *One record was corrected during inspection.
Preschool health statements were not included in two children's files.
A caregiver was observed alone in the school classroom with a conditional background check.
Two out of four operational staff files were reviewed. Two operational staff do not have a current First Aid and CPR Certification and it is expired.
