During the walk through, a 14 month old infant was observed sleeping on a nap cot with a blanket covered their head. This was corrected when the caregiver was made aware and the blanket was uncovered from the child's head.
During a walkthrough, it was observed a 14 month old was inappropriately handled during nap time. The infant was observed to be pick up by their arms and brough to their nap area inappropriately.
