This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver put these items in the vehicles first aid kit. The first aid kit located inside of the home did not have a first aid guide. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver put guide in the first aid kit in the home.

A caregiver did not have current abuse and neglect training.

The van was observed to have food wrappers, and food on the floor. This was corrected at inspection when the operation cleaned the vehicle. There was an insect observed on the floor in the home. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver cleaned up the insect.
