During an inspection, it was observed that the infant cribs failed to provide adequate space to prevent other children from gaining access inside the adjacent cribs or to allow sufficient space for walking between them.
During naptime, an observation of an infant classroom revealed a child-to-adult ratio that exceeded the standard by one child.
At the time of the inspection, two children with food allergies did not have emergency allergy plans completed by a health care professional.
