A caregiver was observed playing games on her personal tablet while supervising the children during nap time.

A caregiver was observed leaving a room unsupervised with seven children during nap time to take a child to a bathroom across the room. A caregiver was playing games on a tablet while supervising children during nap time.

The arrangement between the cribs did not allowed caregivers to see all infants at glance. This was corrected during the inspection.

Toys and supplies were not accesible to the children.

The arragement of the cribs did not provide suficient space between them in order to allow the cargeivers to work and walk betwen the cribs. This was corrected during the inspection.

During the inspection, it was observed that numerous classrooms lacked sufficient lighting

During an inspection, it was observed that the infant cribs failed to provide adequate space to prevent other children from gaining access inside the adjacent cribs or to allow sufficient space for walking between them.

During naptime, an observation of an infant classroom revealed a child-to-adult ratio that exceeded the standard by one child.

At the time of the inspection, two children with food allergies did not have emergency allergy plans completed by a health care professional.
