There was a slide that was taped to the structure. There was a swinging ring on the structure. There were tiny tots toys and structures that are cracked and need to be removed and moved away from the use zone. The grass needs to be mowed. Swings need to be raised and monitored for condition.

It was observed cartoons were playing on the tv in the nap room for 2 younger children. The main living room tv as playing a tv series while children were eating lunch. This was corrected during the inspection when the tv screen was covered in the nap room, and the channel was changed to a music only channel in the main living room.
