The parent handbook was lacking the outdoor and indoor active play policy.

The playground structure's rubber protections has started to crack and you can see the metal edges that are sharp.

The entrance of the center had a sign posted that parents were not allowed to enter. Corrected at inspection: The sign was removed.

There is a bush limb that is sticking out into the playground with thorns that needs to be cut back to avoid a child being hurt. The metal skirting on the center has started to erod and has holes and it faces the playground. A child could potentially be cut on the rusted metal skirting.

Two children were observed sharing a blanket.

The fire inspection was last done on 11/08/2019.

The mats were observed to be close together you were not able to walk between the mats.

The fire extinguishers observed in the center were last serviced on October 2019.

The fire drill and fire extinguisher check was not documented.
