It was determined through the course of an investigation that the operation the operations staff did not use good judgment when knowingly dismissing a child who's under clothes were soiled.
Based on information gathered through the course of investigation, children in the Three year old classroom were observed not washing their hands after outdoor activities, before eating, and after toileting.
Based on the evidence gathered through the course of investigation. A caregiver was observed forcibly grabbing three children by the arm and dragging them to different areas of the classroom. The caregiver was also observed forcibly grabbing another child by the arm. The caregiver was also observed forcibly sitting a child in a chair and forcing the chair under the table.
During the course of investigation it was determined that a caregiver left children unsupervised in the classroom multiple times in a 30 minute period. It was also determined that the caregiver allowed a child to exit the classroom onto the playground alone to retrieve an personal item.
