The following conditions placed on the operation were not in compliance: Condition 4: The director must conduct a fire drill within the first week of every month and document the date and time on a log created by the director. The log must be created within seven (7) days of the corrective action's start date. The log will also include all required inspection due dates (fire, health, gas, etc.) and safety drills. All safety drills (lockdown, severe weather) and required inspections will be scheduled/or confirmed a minimum of one month before their noted due dates. The log must be reviewed, updated, and initialed within the first week of every month. The log must be available to Child Care Licensing upon request. The operation was not following the condition that states all required inspections will be scheduled/or confirmed a minimum of one month before their noted due dates.
