There were three nails observed in the outdoor play area. Note: The items were removed. The ceiling tiles in the school-age classroom were replaced and the light panel was fixed. The green carpet in the outdoor area was fixed. The broken panels in the wooden fence were repaired.

The outdoor area was observed to have three air conditioning units lacking safety safeguards, which presents a potential risk to children, as they may inadvertently place their fingers near the fan blades. In the toddler room, a portable potty-training toilet was found to contain urine. An energy drink and a personal cup were observed in the handwashing sink, making them accessible to the children. Note: The items were removed from the classroom. A floor fan located in the same toddler classroom presented a potential safety hazard for the children. Note: The fan was removed during the inspection.
