Chemicals were observed accessible to children in 4 different areas of the operation. *This was corrected at inspection when chemicals were removed/stored out of reach from children.

Carbon monoxide detector was last tested on 12/27/23 and was observed not functioning. *This was corrected at inspection when the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector were replaced and the carbon monoxide detector was tested.

Last fire drill was conducted on 2/21/24.

During diaper changing washing of hands was not observed.

There were 13 infants under the care of 2 caregivers. The Specified Age Group was 0-11 months old. Child/Caregiver ratio was deficient by 3 children. NOTE: This was corrected during inspection. 3 infants were picked up by their parents and ratio was met.

Two non-walking 11-month-old infants nap on floor mats instead of a required individual crib. This was confirmed by caregivers during inspection.

A school age child was watching a video not related to planned activities on a computer.

Hand washing did not occur for a child after child's diaper was changed in the infant classroom. NOTE: This was corrected after Inspector informed caregiver about minimum standard. Caregiver washed child's hands.
