Bed linens were consistently observed dirty over a month of children being placed. Foster parent stated relying on the children to bring down linen to be washed due to limited mobility in foster parent's left hand.
A child in care was pushed by foster parent as a result of an altercation between the child and foster parents grandchild. Foster parent also made inappropriate and unnecessary comments about food making children in care not wanting to eat. Lastly, foster parents adult daughter made an inappropriate remark to children in care resulting in children in care feeling threatened.
