The operation has not practiced a fire drill since November 2022. During inspection, I had the operation practice a fire drill, however the infant crib did not fit out of the infant classroom due to a gate that was installed in the classroom exit.

An employee was present without an eligible background check. She was told to leave and will not return until she has a cleared and active background check which includes fingerprints. She began working in July 2021.
