The operation has a small to medium sized jungle gym with two small slides attached to it. The exit to one of the slides was too close to another play structure (within 4 ft). The use zone or distance in front of the exit of a slide six feet or less needs to be at least 6ft. Photo taken. This was corrected at inspection after the jungle gym was moved farther away from the play structure, leaving the required 6ft of distancing. Photo taken.

There is a concrete sidewalk around the structure which is 5ft and 2.5ft from two sides of the play structure. There were other items/obstacles extending less than 6ft from the structure which include items/obstacles such as a picnic table, a barrel tunnel, spinning equipment, a smaller plastic slide and metal poles for a shade.
