During a DFPS investigation, it was determined a sleeping child was left unsupervised in the transportation vehicle for approximately 15 minutes. The caregiver was aware the child was asleep, decided to allow the child to remain in the vehicle and went into the operation.

There was an infant 0 to 17 months old, (2) two years old, (7) 18 months to three years old, and (1) four-year-old. The operation was over by two children in the age range 18 months to three years old. Corrected during the follow-up inspection when a 17-month-old and (2) three-year-old children were picked up leaving the operation in compliance with child/caregiver ratios.

A five-month-old infant was observed sleeping in a play-yard on top of a pillow-like positioner covered with a blanket. Primary caregiver removed all items immediately out of the play-yard during the inspection.
Six-month-old infant was missing monthly feeding instructions for February 2022. Infant file had monthly feeding instructions dated August 2021.
Upon arrival at the home operation at 10:30am a parent picked up a six-month-old infant from her crib and placed her in a car seat in preparation to depart. Infant was in the crib covered with a blanket, on top of another blanket. Corrected during the inspection when parent took infant out of her crib with her blanket. Caregiver removed the second blanket during this inspection.
