The front classroom was cluttered with both child care related supplies and non-child care related supplies. The kitchen area where food is prepped was cluttered and appeared to need cleaning and sanitizing.

The floors, tables and restroom counter appeared visibly dirty and needed to be wiped down, swept and sanitized. The CPR and first aid training for both the primary and substitute caregiver expired in August of 2022.
Cleaning and other supplies marked keep out of reach of children were observed in areas accessible to children in care. The supplies were relocated out of reach of children during the inspection.
Children napping were placed on mats with insufficient space between each child or other furnishings.
The provider had recently identified hazards in the backyard play space but has not repaired or removed the hazards. The hazards included damaged wood fencing and a board with nails sticking up laying in the yard near the playground equipment. Deteriorating cardboard boxes with various items were also located in the backyard near the gate where the children pass through. The board with the nails was removed from the yard during the inspection.
