There were several hazards on the playground to include cracked foam equipment, broken glass and thorn limbs growing through the fence. There were tree roots exposed on the ground that cause a tripping hazard. The wood around the outside windows appeared to be dry rotted. There were base boards in the classrooms that were pulling away from the wall exposing a black sticky substance. There were also holes in the walls in the school age classroom.
