I observed materials that stated "keep out of reach of children" in an unlocked cabinet that children have access to.

Children were observed playing on the play scape without a caregiver on each level.

Children were observed having snack prior to washing their hands.

During the inspection, a 5 month old was observed in a classroom with children up to 33 months old. This exceded the 18 month gap by 10 months.

This standard was a part of an investigation. During today's inspection, the large room was over the allowed ratio. There were 25 children observed with only one caregiver. This group was over ratio by 3 children.
