The children continue to be out of controll. I observed children running, throwing food and toys. The teachers attempted to redirect the children, but the behavoir continued.

One of the caregivers was unable to control the group of children she was in charge of. The other two caregivers were outside with the rest of the children. The one group remaining inside were observed arguing, screaming and running around. They would not stop when directed by the staff.
