At time of inspection, it was determined the bins used for children's personal items storage were damaged with sharp edges. This was corrected at time of inspection when caregiver repaired or removed the damaged items.

At time of inspection CCR observed two children unsupervised in the gym. Caregiver was not aware of children's location. At time of inspection one child still checked in to care was observed leaving gym without caregiver knowledge and going to the hall to use restroom. At time of inspection caregiver was unable to report to CCR the number of children they were responsible for. Caregiver reported 20 children when there were 17.
