At the time of inspection several classrooms were observed to have cleaning supplies that were accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection by having staff place the supplies out of reach.

At the time of inspection the school age outdoor activity area was observed to be in need of maintenance. A portion of the wooden fence had protruding nails, a large amount of dead insects and bird feces was observed on the concrete and equipment. A dismantled barbecue grill was observed on the patio.as well as 2 water hoses that would be accessible if children were present.
