Children where observed not washing their hands after diapering and returning to playing.

Two children where observed using an inflatable intended for children 3 years of age and older per the manfuactuers specification.

An infant was observed in a crib with a loose fitting sheet and additional foam piece as well as two one inch mattresses stacked together.

An infant was observed in a crib for over an hour.

A play yard was observed to have a loose fitting sheet.

The operation had 8 children in care at the beginning of the inspection. 1- 4 month old 1- 5 month old 1-14 month old 1- 18 months old 2- 2 year olds 1-3 year old 1- 4 year old within an hour 3 more children arrived at the operation all school age. given the ages of the children the total number of children in care this exceeds the maximum allotted per the minimum standards.

An infant 5 months old was observed in a swing for over an hour.

An additional foam piece cut to fit the play yard was aboserved inside a play yard with a child in it as well as without a child.

Operation had the following 10 children in care 2 kids who are 3 month olds 1 kid who is 1 year old 3 kids who are 2 year olds 2 kids who is 3 year old 1 kid who is 4 years old with special needs 1 kid who is 6 years old given the ages of the children the total number of children exceeds the maximum allotted per the minimum standards.

The primary caregiver left a caregiver in charge who was not qualified per the minimum standards.
