There was a 16-month-old infant and a 17-month-old infant napping in a classroom with children that were more than 18 months older than the two infants. The oldest child in the group was 4 years old. This exceeded the 18 month age difference allowed between the oldest and youngest child in the group. (Note: This was corrected during the inspection when the two infants were moved to the infant classroom with another caregiver).

This was corrected during the inspection when the director removed these broken/damaged items and put them in the trash.
