Based on the evidence obtained during the DFPS investigation, there is sufficient evidence to support the allegation of neglectful supervision. A child was found in the parking lot unattended for approximately 5-15 minutes

Based on the information obtained during the investigation caregivers were not adequately supervising the children during their outside time. A child was able to open the fence on the playground and walk to the parking lot. The caregivers were unaware of the incident until informed by another staff member.
