A caregiver is seen in a video recording grabbing a child and pulling them.
It was verified that the caregiver was rough when picking up a child and redirecing them to sit down.
It was verified during the investigation that the caregiver was seen popping/hitting a child with her hand.
It was verified that a caregiver did not properly do a name to face check and a child was left on the playground unsupervised.
