Observed the operational policies missing the following items; 1. Promotion of indoor and outdoor play A.The duration of physical activity at your home, both indoor and outdoor B. The recommended clothing and footwear that will allow a child to participate freely and safely in physical activities C. A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor time A minimum of two daily opportunities for outdoor play, weather permitting, in which a child makes use of both small and large muscles An infant birth through 12 months of age may engage in outdoor play for an amount of time as tolerated by the infant An infant 13 months through 17 months of age, a toddler, or a pre-kindergarten age child must engage in outdoor play for a minimum of 60 total minutes daily A toddler must engage in moderate to vigorous active play for a minimum of 60 minutes daily A pre-kindergarten age child must engage in moderate to vigorous active play for a minimum of 90 minutes daily 2.
