At the time of inspection, the 18 to 24 month old caregiver was observed roughly grabbing children by the arms and placing them on the carpet roughly.

At the time of inspection the 18 to 2 year old caregiver yelled at the children in care.

At the time of inspection, there 18 to 2 year old class was watching Mickey Mouse Club House. This was corrected when the television was turned off.

Based on the information gathered the children are not being adequately supervised as there are a lot of bites happening each day.

The sheet rock behind the toilet in the boys restroom in the second building, was coming away from the wall. The baseboard in the girls and boys restroom was coming away from the wall. The bolts holding the toilets to the floor are too long.

Two outlets in the preschool classroom were not covered. This was corrected when the outlets were covered.

The activity plans were not posted in the classrooms at the time of inspection.

At the time of inspection the two year old children in both two year old classrooms did not go outside for the scheduled morning outdoor play.

At the time of inspection there was one medication that was not in its original container with the child's name on it.

Based on the information gathered center was out of ratio during the opening / arrival time, when there were 22 children with one caregiver, until another caregiver arrived. On several different occasions, the infant room was out of compliance with ratio when one caregiver would be in charge of six to eight children.

Based on the information gathered the children ages 1 month to 17 months are combined in the classroom with children 18 months older than the youngest when there are more than 12 children in care during the morning opening time.
