Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to in non-compliance. The caregiver used force when redirecting a child to their seat by grabbing their upper arm and pushing them towards the chair. The caregiver grabbed a child with force by their arm to direct them to towards the restroom, the child cried. The caregiver used their hand to apply pressure to the upper back and shoulder/back of two separate children as a way to get them to sit correctly in their chairs.
