A caregiver at the operation did not have a cleared background check on file with Child Care Regulation. This was corrected when the caregiver left the operation.

A caregiver who opened the door for licensing walked into a classroom that had children in it and there were no other staff in the room. I asked the caregiver who was watching the children and it was stated another caregiver was watching that room and another room at the same time. I explained proper supervision.
