During the inspection i observed there were no lock down drills being done.

During the inspection the director's folder did not have the required trainings for a children under 24 months.

The checklist for indoor and outdoor space is not being completed.

The primary caregiver did not complete the required annual trainings.

During the walk-through, a heater was observed in the children's play area and was assessable to children. The air condition must be out of reach of children.

During the inspection I observed the emergency authorization section not filled out by the parent.

During the inspection there were cleaning supplies in reach of children, animal urine and feces observed indoors and outdoors in backyard, and floor tile near front entrance was broken.

The monthly fire drills not being documented monthly.

When reviewing the primary caregiver file, there were no acceptable training hours for the caregiver's annual training year of 5/2022 to 5/2023.

4 children's records reviewed did not have health statements or documentation from the health care professional that the children have been examined within the last year.

The substitute had a National CPRFoundation training certification. This training is completed all online and does not use a manikin.

The substitute caregiver has not completed orientation training.

An outlet was observed not covered. Note: This was corrected at inspection.

Two training cups observed not labeled. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the training cups were labeled with child's name.

One person present in the house did not have background checks completed.

It was observed that the ceiling above the kitchen had damage from the freeze. The ceiling is open covered by a plastic wrap. Note: Pictures were taken and the ceiling is scheduled to be fixed Monday.

Two out of two child records reviewed is missing parent signature for medical authorization.

One out one child records reviewed is missing the immunization record on file.

It was found that the CPR training was completed online.

Caregiver did not have 3A-40BC fire extinguisher at her home.

The caregiver did not have equipment or furnishings for infants to sleep in.
