Children were observed walking to the front to meet the site director, two children walked into the cafeteria area without any caregivers before the site director walked in an walked them to the door to meet their parents.

One caregiver with the first grade group had 37 children, when a caregiver walked out with four children to take them to the restroom, the ratio for 1 caregiver to 35 children the SAG 6 to 7 years old. In one of the kindergarten group 1 caregiver had 25 children SAG 5 year old they were three children over. In the Second grade group 1 caregiver had 31 children they were over by five children. In the 4th to 5th grade group they was 1 caregiver with 28 children they were over by two children.

The program director is not ensuring that the site director and caregivers are following the minimum standards.
Children were observed walking to the front alone to leave for the day.
A caregiver stated they had 18 children, when I counted they were 16 children in care.
A caregiver stated he had 23 children, I then asked how many children he had in his class at the time and he stated 15 when I counted they were 16 children in care.
The enrichment caregivers caring for children did not have information on the group of children they were caring for.
Two employees working with the enrichment program does not have current background eligibility results on file. This employee was working with children in a classroom. Corrected: When the enrichment caregivers left for the day.
A caregiver stated she had 19 children when I counted they were 17 children. Another caregiver stated she had 13 children and when I counted they were 15 children in care.
The program director did not have attendance records of when she was at the operation the month of October and was only able to provide one day in November.
The operation notified licensing on October 6th of who their wanted the site director to be, but due to the site director being listed at another operation she could not be listed at this one. The operation has not made any changes to take the sit director off the other operation.
The operation was observed during an application inspection caring for children prior to obtaining a permit.
