They were seven employees that had access to children without having a background check at the operation or any other of the operations locations.

Four children are missing food allergy emergency plan.

Caregiver were unsure of how many children they had, caregiver stated 16 and the caregiver had 17 another caregiver stated they had 15 when I counted they were 14 children. One caregiver was unaware of how many children she had after coming from outside she had to stop and do a name to face check.

A child was unattended outside while waiting on their parent to pull up. Other children were able to walk around the halls to the restroom, and to the front area to live for the day with out a caregiver

Three new caregivers were missing orientation training.

The 5th grade group was watching a movie that was not related to the planned activities for the day.

Two caregiver that were alone with children did not have first aid training.

Three children are missing emergency medical information in their files.

Two caregiver that were alone with children did not have CPR training.

The operation needs signed food allergy emergency plans for 3 children and needs epi-pens for 2 children.

During the inspection I observed a group of kinders eating snack without wawshing their hands prior.

The operation has not documented daily building and grounds safety checklist. Note: this was corrected at inspection when the director filled out the checklist to indicate this was completed for the day.

Two staff members were present and counted in ratio without an approved background check. Note: this was addressed at time of inspection when the two caregivers were sent home.

2 out of 2 staff files is missing documentation for education, a record of training hours, orientation. 1 out of 2 staff files is also missing proof of a background check.

The site director is missing annual training requirement for Administering Medication.
