During an investigation inspection 16 children ages 1-7 were observed being cared for by 1 caregiver.
During the investigation a caregiver stated a child has marks and bruises from jumping and flipping over a chair. The caregiver also stated the child runs around the classroom and using profanity.
A child in care was injured and when the caregiver was interviewed stated the child wasn't bleeding so she did not notify the parents.
During the investigation, it was reported that a caregiver hits children in the head with bottles. It was confirmed the child is being hit by his mother who is one of the caregivers at the operation.
During an investigation 3 children confirmed that infants and toddlers are being kept in high chairs for extended periods and not just for eating.
