The operation fire drill was not completed since October 2023.

The bottom of the wall tile in the toddler classroom was lose from the wall and could cause an unsafe environment. Note: This was corrected when the maintenance person came and fixed it.

The large glass window in the toddler class did not have a decal. Note: This was corrected when the staff member put clouds on the glass.

The refrigerator's in the infant room and the kitchen had mildew inside. Note: This was corrected during the inspection when staff cleaned it out.
