Based on the information obtained during the investigation, children are made to put their heads down on the table for a period of 5-10 minutes. If anyone is heard talking, the time will restart, or additional minutes will be added for all children. Children who are not misbehaving or those who arrive to the operation after timeout has begun are also required to put their heads down until the time has ended.

A caregiver was observed leaving a classroom multiple times during the inspection. The caregiver left another caregiver alone to supervise a total of 14 children 20m-2yrs old. Based on the specified age group (SAG) of the classroom was 2yrs. The caregiver was over ratio by 3 Upon arrival 3 caregiver were observed in the infant room, two caregiver then left the room. One infant caregiver was observed with 6 infants 4-15 mo. The SAG for the group was 0-11mo. The caregiver was over ratio by 2 for approx. 5-10 munites before the caregiver returned.
