In the angels classroom, a bucket of paint and disinfectant wipes were observed under the hand washing sink accessible to children. The cabinet had a lock however, the lock was broken. Two children who has diagnosed food allergies and requires an epipen has the medication stored at the operation but the epipens are out of date. One of the child's epipen expired on 10/6/2022 and the other child's epipen expired on 12/2022.
