During inspection, caregivers annual training for the 2020-2021 year was not completed for staff below: Staff hired on 7/2018 had 14 hours. Staff needs 10 hours Staff hired on 8/17/2020 had 15 hours. Staff needs 9 hours.

During follow up inspection, staff hired the first week of March 2021 was providing care for children without an eligble and or provisional background check.

During inspections on 2/22/21 and 3/22/21 directors were not present to ensure staff were complying with minimum standards. Note: Director/owner arrived around 3:55 pm.
