In one classroom, the daycare combined 2 infants with 9 toddlers for the entire day. The total children in the daycare at the time was 23 children. Then the total became 42 children when the school aged children arrived.

The inspector observed one teacher that had left 2 toddlers and 2 infants on highchairs from 3:05 PM to 4:23 PM until the owner stepped in to remove the children out of the highchairs to participate in other activities. These four children had finished their PM snacks at 3:15 PM.

The infant classroom had 6 infants and 1 caregiver. The infants were 6, 9, 13 , 15, 16, and 18 months old. The caregiver should of only had 5 infants.
Based on evidence gathered during the investigation there were findings of live pests in the operation.
The daycare admitted the child on 03/15/2023 but the admission information signed on 03/16/2023 by parent.
The caregiver in infant room did not know the ages of children in her care and not having information showing each's child age during the investigation. One six-month-old child did not have her name and age on the list. Picture of the list was taken.
There were some cracks on one barrow train and one yellow slide on the playground posing entangle a child's clothing. Pictures taken. The daycare will not use these two equipment for children in care until they are fixed as required.
