Records were reviewed for 5 children enrolled. 2 did not have an address listed for the emergency contact. I did not have an immunization record and one did not have a health statement signed by the health care professional.

Annual training for the director was reviewed, the director was observed to only have 10.25 hours in training for the 2021-2022 training year

Two caregivers did not have updated training in First aid and CPR. Training expired 12/22. One caregiver did not have training available for review.

The sign-in/out log was reviewed. 14 children were signed in but only 9 children were present. NOTE Corrected at inspection, the school-age children that left were signed out.

Training for 3 caregivers including the director was reviewed. The director and 1 caregiver did not have training in pediatric 1st aid. NOTE: Training for the director stated "adult"

Upon arrival, a TV was observed to be on and playing the movie Coco while the children were napping. NOTE: Corrected at inspection, the caregiver turned the TV off.

The Chilren products safety certificate (CPSC) was not observed to be updated. The last update was 9/2020. Corrected at inspection: The CPSC was updated during the inspection.

Two infants 12mo old were observed sleeping in baby bouncers.
