Two fire extinguishers were observed sitting on the kitchen floor not mounted on the wall during the inspection.

The operational policy was observed missing the required information on procedures for the release of children, procedures for dispensing medications, procedures for handling medical emergencies, procedures for parental notification, discipline and guidance policy, safe sleep for infants 12 months old or younger, animals, promotion of physical activity including benefits of physical activity, duration of physical activity, type of physical activity, setting it will take place, recommended clothing and foot wear and plan for extreme weather, procedures for parent to review and discuss questions/concerns about policies and procedures, procedures for parents to participate in the center's operation and activities, Procedures for parents to review copy of most recent inspection report, and how to access minimum standards, instructions on how parents may contact local licensing office, Texas Abuse and Neglect Hotline and DFPS website, and Emergency Preparedness plan.

There were no written activity plans written or followed for review during the inspection.

Two fire extinguishers observed were last serviced on April of 2019 during the inspection.

There were two bottles of vitamins under the coffee table in reach of children.

3 out of 8 files were missing admission information.

The primary caregivers first aid/cpr expired on 7/2020.

2 out of 7 childrens files were missing updated immunization records.

There are no training hours available for review during the inspection.

The last documented fire drill was completed on January 16th 2021.

2 out of 8 files were missing physican health statements.
