During the follow-up inspection the indoors of the home was free of hazards and the outdoors of the operation still had some of the same previous safety hazards that made it unsafe for the children to play outdoors. While the home conditions had improved significantly, the outdoors still had hazards that included yard tools and broken fence pieces.
During the inspection the operation was re-cited for not having all of the correct admission information for the children in care. A child was missing their emergency medical authorization.
