The CPSC annual certification expired on 03/2020. Note : corrected. The owner helped to check the website for CPSC at inspection. He posted the form 2885 on the board as required.

The daycare has one group combined 18 children from 10 months old to 4 years old which were the oldest child in the group is more than 18 months older than the youngest child. Note : corrected. The owner helped to remove the infant out of the groupo at 2:20 pm same day.

One teacher supervised of the group of 17 mixed age children : 1 infant : 10 months old child. 2 y/o : 4 children. 3 y/o : 6 children. 4 y/o : 6 children. The daycare was out of ratio by one infant. Note : corrected. The owner came 2:20 pm to help to take one infant out of the group. The daycare complied the ratio between/caregiver at 2:20 pm.

The daycare did not have cots or beds labeled with the child's name. As an alternative the daycare may label cots, beds, or mats with a number and have a number/child assignment map available. Note : corrected. The owner helped to make the list of children with number for cots matching with the numbers on cots for nap time.
