Electricial outlets in the restroom used by children were not covered and was accessible to children.

A child was observed sitting in a blue high chair that was missing safety straps. The high chair is supposed to be equipped with safety straps and the child could fall out of the chair.

The provider has not conducted any fire drills since 2020.

There are several broken wood pieces with nails protruding in the outdoor play area that could injure a child.

The first aid kit did not contain any gauze.

A 9 month old was observed in a crib that had blankets and toys in it.

Documentation of the full 30 hours of annual training was not available for review upon request. Only 8 hours has been completed.

During the inspection there were 8 children in care with one caregiver. There were 2 children under 17 months old, and the other 6 children were all 2 years old. The maximum number of children allowed, who are 18 months and older is no more than 4 children. The provider was over ratio by 2 children.
