Based on the information provided, a photo shows 2 infants left alone a room. One infant was placed in a car seat on the bed and the other infant was sitting in a play pin. Due to the proximity of the room of where the infants were placed, a caregiver would not be able intervene and ensure proper supervision is maintained.
Based on the information provided, a photo shows a total of 4 infants with 10 other children who were at least 18 months and over with one caregiver.
Based on the information provided, there is a video that shows a 5 year old, placed in a high chair as a form of discipline.
