1/There were many prescription medicines on the self accessible to children in care. 2/There were some cleaning supplies labeled "keep out of reach children' in the restroom accessible to children. 3/The water hose was on the ground in the backyard accessible to children while outdoor activities. Note : corrected. The caregiver removed them out of children's reach.

The caregiver did not have 30 hours annual training for 11/2021 to 11/2022.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission form regarding unsafe children's products was not available to review at the operation. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when this form was filled out by the primary caregiver.

There was no fire extinguishing system in the childcare home during the inspection.

There was no documentation on file verifying a smoke detector has been conducted every month since Dec 2020. Note: The caregiver tested the smoke detector at the inspection and documented on the spot.

At the time of the inspection the primary caregiver s First Aid and CPR certification was expired. (07/08/2020)

The school name and phone number were not available in three school-aged children's record. Note: The caregiver called the parents to obtain this information and placed it on the admission forms during the inspection.

There was no documentation on file verifying the fire extinguisher has been checked every months since December 2020.

Three children did not have immunization record available for review and one did not have up to date immunizations required by TX State Immunization law.

It was noticed that there was no documentation showing monthly carbon monoxide test since December 2020. Note: The caregiver tested the carbon monoxide at the inspection and documented on the spot.

It was noticed that the caregiver did not have the admission information for 2 children in care during inspection.
