During the inspection, a child was observed putting a small green Lego in her mouth, another child was observed putting a piece of mulch (wood chip) in their mouth and 3rd child picked up a rock from the from floor and gave it to the inspector. In the restroom, 2 containers of OdoBan (solid odor absorber) were observed in girls restroom and 1 container of OdoBan was observed in the boys restroom.

Written feeding instructions were not available for review for an infant not ready for table food.
A caregiver failed to wash their hands and the hands of an infant after diapering. NOTE: The caregiver was informed of the deficiency at which time they wash their hands. The caregiver was observed a 2nd time changing a child's diaper and not following handwashing procedures.
The caregiver failed to sanitize the diaper changing area after changing a child's diaper. When asked about the sanitizing procedures, the caregiver stated she used Lysol but it was in the kitchen. After obtaining the Lysol Wipes, the caregiver still failed to sanitize the diaper changing area according to manufacture's instructions.
Children under than four were served corn dogs not sliced into rounds. NOTE: The director was informed of the deficiency during the inspection.
Several areas throughout the daycare had not been maintained. A particular classroom that had not been used since the week before the inspection, a used cup was on the table; in another room, small toys had not been cleaned up after use; a plastic tarp that had been used for water play the week prior to the inspection was still on the playground without water.
Four children were observed sitting in hair chairs without the safety straps being fastened.
